Terms of service

In force since November 8, 2026

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish one prevails. Versión en español

These terms govern the subscription to Wodmark by a box or training centre (the «client»). Wodmark is a service for professionals: whoever subscribes declares they do so on behalf of their business. Athletes who use the app at their box's invitation do not contract with us; their relationship is with the box.

1. The service

Online software to manage classes, bookings, waitlists, athletes, plans, payments, training and strength programming, with an app for athletes. What it includes at any time is what wodmark.com describes. We may improve or change features; if we withdraw an essential feature, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

2. Account and access

The client is responsible for who has access to its box's dashboard and for the roles it assigns. It must keep its credentials safe and tell us if it suspects unauthorised use.

3. Free trial

Every new box gets 30 days with every feature, no card needed. When it ends, if the box has more active athletes than the free band covers, it must choose a band to keep using the dashboard. Meanwhile its athletes can keep booking.

4. Price and bands

The price depends on the box's number of active athletes: those with a current plan or pack, or who have booked a class in the last 30 days. Current bands and prices are published in Pricing, before VAT.

We count active athletes every day. If the number matches another band for 60 days in a row, the subscription moves to that band from the next invoice, up or down, and we send an e-mail when the count starts. A price change to a band does not affect running subscriptions without at least 30 days' prior notice.

5. Payment and invoices

The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card or SEPA direct debit, through Stripe. Invoices are downloaded from the dashboard. If a payment fails, the box's dashboard may be paused until it is settled; athletes can still book.

We take no commission on the fees the client charges its athletes. That money goes from the athlete to the client, by the method the client chooses, and does not pass through us.

6. Term and cancellation

No minimum term. The client can cancel whenever it wants from the dashboard; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and the unused part is not refunded. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or for use contrary to the law or to these terms, giving notice first unless the case does not allow it.

7. Client data

The data the client enters is its own. For its athletes' data, the client is the controller and we are the processor, under the Data processing agreement, which is part of these terms. When the service ends, the client can ask us for a copy of its data in a commonly used format for 30 days; after that it is deleted.

8. Liability

We take reasonable measures to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruption. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Our total liability to the client is limited to what it paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. If the client does not agree, it can cancel before they take effect.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the domicile of Wodmark's owner, unless the law imposes another venue.
