What is an active athlete?+−
Someone with a current plan or pack, or who booked a class in the last 30 days. Coaches, front desk and people who left do not count.
Half the town signs up in January. Do you move me up a band?+−
Only if the count stays there 60 days in a row, and we tell you by e-mail first. If it drops again in February, nothing changes. Down works the same way: if your box shrinks, you pay less.
Is there a lock-in or a setup fee?+−
No. You pay month by month or year by year and cancel whenever you want from the admin. There is no setup or migration fee.
Do you take a commission on dues?+−
No. You collect your athletes' dues yourself: by remittance to your bank, card terminal, cash, Bizum or your own gateway. That money never goes through us.
How is the subscription paid?+−
By card or SEPA direct debit, on the web. Invoices, with your tax ID, are downloaded from the admin.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?+−
With 10 active athletes or fewer, you carry on for free. With more, you choose a band to keep using the admin. Your athletes can keep booking while you decide.
