Wodmark vs WodBuster: prices and differences

Both price lists, band by band, dated and sourced; what WodBuster does and Wodmark does not yet, and how to decide with your own numbers.

WodBuster figures taken from its official pricing page on 7 November 2026. If you spot something out of date, write to us and we will fix it.

Prices, band by band

Both tools charge the box by number of users or athletes, with every feature on every plan. Per month, before VAT:

Users or athletesWodBusterWodmark
Up to 10Free€0
Up to 35 / 40€34 (Básico, up to 35)€29 (Start, up to 40)
Up to 70 / 80€44 (Avanzado, up to 70)€39 (Box, up to 80)
No limit€54 (Experto)€49 (Unlimited)

WodBuster also offers €9 for the first two months on the Básico plan. Wodmark offers a 30-day trial with everything included. Neither charges a setup fee or ties you in.

One nuance when comparing: Wodmark counts only active athletes (with a current plan or pack, or a booking in the last 30 days) and only changes band if the number holds for 60 days in a row. Compare with your real figures, not with the total number of records.

What WodBuster does and Wodmark does not yet

It is the leader in Spain, and for good reason. According to its own website:

  • More than 3,000 centres use it, so many of your athletes already know it.
  • Competitions with WodBuster Arena, on their own plans.
  • A website for each box, included in the price. Wodmark gives you a public page with schedule, plans and a trial class, but not yet a full website on your own domain.
  • Onboarding done by their team.

If competitions matter to your box, today WodBuster covers something we do not.

What Wodmark offers

Leaving aside what another tool does or does not have, this is what Wodmark does today:

  • Booking opens on the server's clock, with an optional draw in the first seconds for classes that fill up.
  • A waitlist that shows your position, in order with time to confirm or to everyone at once, chosen per class type.
  • Live places and bookings while you look at the screen.
  • Strength in percentages turned into each athlete's kilos and rounded to your box's plates.
  • Payments your way: SEPA direct debit batches for your bank, card terminal, cash, Bizum or transfer, with no commission on your fees.
  • A payment deadline: someone who has not paid sees who is going, but cannot book or invite.
  • Widgets on the phone's home screen and invitations between boxmates.
  • One account for several boxes, in case you train at more than one.

How to decide

  1. Count your genuinely active athletes and compare each price with that number.
  2. List what your box cannot do without (competitions, website, direct debits) and check it in both.
  3. Try it with a small group of athletes before moving everyone. What matters is how it goes for them at 7 in the morning.

And if you decide to switch, your direct debits remain valid: we explain it in how to switch software without losing direct debits.
